CorDEX CONNECT™

CorDEX CONNECT™ is the first system to integrate RFID technology, reporting software, and a handheld intrinsically safe tester to enable predictive maintenance for pipelines and fixed equipment in hazardous areas.

The UT5000 thickness gauge with CorDEX CONNECT™ uses RFID to tag every thickness measurement with a specific location, date and time. Then, a proprietary software program collects and organizes the data, giving the engineer a comprehensive view of the pipeline at any specific location.

With CorDEX CONNECT™, engineers and senior technicians charged with monitoring pipeline safety can take data collected by anyone in the field and use it to create predictive maintenance programs. Measurements taken over multiple visits can be complied and organized, with trouble spots projected using trending features.

Enhanced Reporting

Easily create printable charts and graphs such as “thickness over time”. Data can also be exported to Microsoft Excel or into a .csv file.

Add Images

Import digital images from CorDEX Centurion, ToughPIX, or other digital cameras to enrich reports or illustrate specific areas of interest.

Real-time Tracking

CorDEX CONNECT senses when the tester may be out of calibration, alerting the user to suspect readings. When the tool is sent for calibration, Realtime Tracking enables the user to track its transport and calibration status.
